All sales are final. BetterAFK Console is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, and by completing checkout you explicitly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal (right to a refund for changing your mind).

We do not offer refunds except where the product is proven to be genuinely non-functional as described. This is separate from and unaffected by the waiver above — it reflects your statutory right to digital content that conforms to its description under EU law, which cannot be waived.

BetterAFK is the seller of record for all purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

EU Customers: By checking the consent box at checkout, you confirm you understand that immediate access to digital content begins upon purchase and that this waives your general 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your right to a refund for defective or non-conforming digital content remains fully protected regardless of this waiver.
