Answers to the most common questions about BetterAFK products.

Are these tools allowed on DonutSMP? +

Yes — all BetterAFK products are fully permitted on DonutSMP. Every tool is reviewed against server rules and confirmed with admins before being listed in the store. You can use them with complete confidence and zero ban risk.

Will I get banned for using these tools? +

No. Every product in this store is designed to fully comply with server rules. We do not sell anything that exploits, cheats, or violates any server's terms. The ban risk is 0% — that's not a claim we make lightly, it's something we verify before every release.

How do I receive my product after purchase? +

Immediately after payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link to a ZIP file containing the BetterAFK cloud AFK tool and a full setup guide. Follow the guide and you'll be up and running in minutes. The link is valid for 30 days and can be downloaded multiple times. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What payment methods do you accept? +

All payments are handled by FastSpring, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region. BetterAFK never sees or stores your card details.

Do you offer refunds? +

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a product, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it. In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Are updates included with my purchase? +

Yes! All products include lifetime updates. When a new version is released, you'll receive an email with the updated download link at no extra cost.

Can I use the tools on multiple devices? +

Your license covers personal use on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files with others. See our Terms of Service for full license details.

How do coupon codes work? +

Enter your coupon code in the "Discount Code" field on the checkout page and click Apply. Valid codes will immediately reduce your total. Coupon codes cannot be combined and may have expiry dates.

I have a technical issue with a product. What should I do? +

Check the documentation included with your download first. If you're still stuck, head to the Contact page and send a message with your order ID, a description of the issue, and any error messages you're seeing.

Is my personal data safe? +
